This department is responsible for investing in real estate globally through direct ownership, joint-venture partnerships and private funds.  It is comprised of four distinct teams:

Real Estate Americas • responsible for investments in major commercial real estate markets in North and South America through direct joint ventures and funds

Real Estate Asia • responsible for investments in major commercial real estate markets in the Asia-Pacific Region through direct joint ventures and funds

Real Estate Europe • responsible for investments in major commercial real estate markets in Europe through direct joint ventures and funds

Private Real Estate Debt • utilizing mortgage investments in US commercial properties
